I found the front desk amazing. They assisted with early check-in. Floor staff at breakfast took great care of us. Staff assisted with anything we needed and were kind and prompt.
The heater or air conditioning didn't appear to be working, so the room was cold. I found this quite uncomfortable. The bathroom floor felt freezing.

The staff was super friendly! They quickly addressed a minor issue with my room. I really appreciated the location. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The check-out process was fast.
The gym was a bit small. I wanted to use the treadmill. It was occupied most of the time.

The hotel offered quick access to public transport. the staff allowed an early check-in. i also found a gym on the fourth floor with useful equipment. as a frequent traveler, i appreciated having access to the executive lounge. It offered snacks, tea, and a happy hour with wine and appetizers.

The room was a great size, it provided plenty of space. the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the heart of islington. the hotel was steps from angel underground station and surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
The air conditioning did not function properly. It did not cool, made sleeping in the room difficult during warm weather.
